Primary care, mental health, and addiction treatment — coordinated to work together.

Behavioral Health

Behavioral Health

Screening and support for substance use concerns, sleep disorders, eating disorders, stress-related conditions, and other behavioral health issues that impact physical wellbeing. We address these as part of your overall health, not as separate or stigmatized concerns.

Each service is designed to work together — your providers share information and coordinate your care plan. We don’t see your health in silos or categories. We see you as a whole person navigating life’s complexities.

Primary Care

Available in Lawrence, Attleboro, and Peabody

Our primary care team supports adults with routine, preventive, and chronic medical needs.

Services include:

Why coordinated primary care matters

When your primary care doctor works alongside your mental health and recovery providers, your physical health, medications, and treatment goals are reviewed together — not in separate silos.

MENTAL HEALTH & BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES

Available at all locations

We provide support for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, postpartum mood concerns, trauma, stress, or emotional overwhelm.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist in a confidential setting. You'll work together to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that impact your wellbeing, and develop healthier ways to handle difficult situations.

Group Therapy

Structured group sessions led by a trained facilitator where you'll connect with others facing similar challenges. Share experiences, gain new perspectives, and build skills in a supportive environment. Topics may include relationships, self-esteem, stress management, and relapse prevention.

Case Management

Your case manager helps coordinate care, connect you with community resources (housing support, financial assistance, educational programs, transportation), and navigate insurance or system challenges. With your consent, they'll advocate for your needs and help remove barriers to treatment.

Peer Recovery Support

Guidance and encouragement from trained peer specialists with personal experience in mental health or addiction recovery. Peer support offers practical advice and connection from someone who understands what you're going through.

Psychiatric Medication Management

Our psychiatric providers evaluate your symptoms, prescribe and adjust medications when clinically appropriate, and monitor your response over time. We coordinate closely with your therapist and primary care doctor.

Common reasons people visit:

Individual therapy is one-on-one with a therapist focused on your specific concerns. Group therapy involves meeting with others in a facilitated setting where shared experiences and peer feedback are part of the healing process. Many people benefit from both.

No. You can schedule directly with our psychiatric providers. If you're already seeing a therapist elsewhere, we can coordinate care with your consent.

Telehealth services are available statewide.

ADDICTION TREATMENT & RECOVERY

Available at all locations

We offer outpatient treatment for adults working toward recovery from alcohol or substance use.

Group therapy

Outpatient Withdrawal Management

Medically supervised support during withdrawal from alcohol or opioids. Our providers monitor your symptoms, prescribe medications to reduce discomfort when appropriate, and help you transition into ongoing treatment.

This service is not appropriate for severe alcohol withdrawal requiring inpatient detox — we'll help you find the right level of care if needed.

Individual Addiction Counseling

Specialized one-on-one counseling focused on substance use recovery. Work with a counselor to identify triggers, develop strategies to handle challenging situations, and address concerns that contribute to substance use.

Group Addiction Counseling

Facilitated group sessions for adults in recovery. Topics include managing cravings, building healthy relationships, handling stress, and creating sustainable recovery plans. Groups meet regularly and provide structure, accountability, and peer connection.

Recovery Support Services

While medication is an important part of treatment, counseling and recovery support help address underlying issues and build long-term coping skills. We strongly encourage combining medication with behavioral support.

MEDICATION-ASSISTED TREATMENT SUBOXONE SUBLOCADE VIVITROL

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Evidence-based treatment combining FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral support.

Medications available: Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone), Sublocade (extended-release buprenorphine), Vivitrol (naltrexone injection).

What to expect:

While medication is an important part of treatment, counseling and recovery support help address underlying issues and build long-term coping skills. We strongly encourage combining medication with behavioral support.

You'll meet with a provider who assesses your situation, monitors symptoms, and may prescribe medications to ease discomfort. Follow-up visits ensure you're transitioning safely into ongoing treatment. This is outpatient care -- you return home after each visit.

Same-day MAT appointments are available for qualified new patients. Other services typically have wait times of 3-5 business days for new patients.

You don’t have to navigate recovery alone.

"I was nervous about starting treatment, but the team made it easy and never made me feel judged."
